I work for Screen Archive South East, the regional film archive for SE England carrying out film restoration and digital management. My interests are in colour restoration and amateur films of SE Asia. Most of my life I was a photographer, cinematographer and director working in Advertising and Fashion. and bring this practical knowledge of making images and photographic processes to my work. My approach is practical rather than scientific, using the calibrated eye, rather than technical measurement.
